The Poached Rice in Lobster Bisque soup served with Fried Fish Fillet and Dry Laksa Seafood Spaghetti served with Beer Battered Mushroom were two of the lunch sets I recently had the pleasure of tasting out from The Dancing Crab and I can assure you that they did not let us down.
Let's start by discussing the soup set, Poached Rice in Lobster Bisque soup served with Fried Fish Fillet. The entrée was presented beautifully, with a large quantity of properly cooked fish fillet and a bowl of rich, savory lobster bisque soup, all of which were accompanied by a side of poached rice. The soup had a deep flavor that could only be achieved by utilizing premium ingredients. It was silky and delicious. The soup was excellent with the crispy fish fillet.
The Dry Laksa Seafood Spaghetti with Beer Battered Mushroom Set is presented next. This dish was a nice surprise that I thoroughly appreciated. The laksa sauce was thick, creamy, and spicy, and the pasta was al dente. The beer-battered mushroom gave the meal a wonderful crunch while the shellfish was fresh and cooked to perfection. Overall, it was a creative and delicious twist on the traditional laksa dish.
The lunch sets also come with your choice of beverage or ice cream; I opted for the iced lemonade because it was a refreshing touch to both sets. The trained and kind staff at The Dancing Crab gave wonderful service, enhancing the enjoyment of dining there.
I strongly recommend The Dancing Crab's Dry Laksa Seafood Spaghetti with Beer Battered Mushroom Lunch Sets and the Poached rice in Lobster Bisque soup with fried fish fillet. The food was excellent in both quality and flavor, and it was very affordable. It's a great option for a hearty and delicious lunch in the heart of Vivocity.
