Hi everyone! Today, I want to share with you my experience at ABC Cooking Studio, where I learned how to make Mini Donburi 2 Ways ~Learn Raw & Cooked Food.
We started with the Seafood Bara Chirashi (Rice bowl with Cubed Sashimi). This dish was absolutely delicious and the presentation was beautiful. They provided us with sashimi-grade fish which was incredibly fresh and taught us how to slice the fish into nice cubes. They also taught us how to season the rice and the seasoning for the rice was just right.
Next, we made the Chicken Teriyaki with Fluffy Egg Rice Bowl. This dish was also fantastic and had a great balance of flavors. The teriyaki sauce we learned to make was flavorful without being too overpowering, and the instructor taught us how to cook the chicken perfectly. The fluffy egg rice was a great accompaniment and added a nice texture to the dish. Overall, this dish was a true standout for me and I highly recommend giving it a try the next time you are cooking!
Moving on to the Ebi-Shinjo in Dashi soup, the ebi-shinjo (shrimp balls) were a pleasant surprise and added a nice umami flavor to the dish. The dashi broth was flavorful and added depth to the overall dish.
Last but not least, we have the Sakura Panna Cotta. This pink dessert was beautiful and tasted even better than it looked! The delicate cherry blossom flavor was subtle but noticeable, and the texture of the panna cotta was smooth and creamy.
Overall, I had an amazing experience at ABC Cooking Studio and highly recommend giving their Mini Donburi 2 Ways ~Learn Raw & Cooked Food class a try. The dishes were all delicious, and the instructors were knowledgeable and friendly. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, this class is definitely worth checking out!
