Day 1 in Ho Chi Minh City!

After landing in Ho Chi Minh, we headed straight to Mui Mui Massage for an hour of aromatherapy massage.

After we were done with the massage, we checked into our hotel at Adora hotel, left our luggage in the room and went to 4P Pizza for dinner.

Few countries in the world have the varied mix of cultures that Vietnam does, and 4P's Pizza in Ho Chi Minh City is one such establishment that captures this special mixture right on your plate.

The alluring placement of 4P's should be noted initially. It is a part of the city's thriving cultural center and is tucked away in the busy District 1 neighborhood. It combines a modern pulse with a rich, deeply ingrained Vietnamese culture. When you walk in, the decor strikes a perfect mix between industrial and rustic chic, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. This offers a warm setting for the meal's centerpiece.

The pizza is exceptional in every way. In keeping with its motto, "For Peace," 4P's manages to meld parts of Japanese and Italian cuisine while using locally grown Vietnamese ingredients to produce something incredibly symbiotic. Their dough ferments for 24 hours before being cooked in a wood-fired oven, producing a crust that is chewy and crispy and serves as the ideal foundation for their creative toppings.

We had a cheese board for an appetizer and then we had the half and half pizzas where we could mix 2 different types of pizza in one. They were delicious and we went back on the second last day to have another meal.

It is impossible to discuss the 4Ps without bringing up their service. You will immediately feel at home thanks to the staff's genuine friendliness and attentiveness.

A celebration of culinary creativity, 4P's Pizza is a living example of how food can unite people from different countries and customs. It's more than just a restaurant; it's an experience that warms the heart as well as the stomach. Do not pass up the opportunity to visit 4P's if you ever find yourself in Ho Chi Minh City. A festival of flavors that you shouldn't miss!

Right after dinner, we walked to Saigon Japan Town which boasts many different Japanese restaurants and bars. But take note that it is their red light district so there are also many brothels and shady bars and massages in the area.
