The restaurant itself has 2 levels, the first level is a sheltered dining area while the upper level is an air-conditioned area. The lower level's open layout allows for a lot of natural light and a lot of space. However, it was still packed with people during the dinner rush.
Of course, the food itself was the actual star of the show. I was eager to sample some of Jumbo Seafood's well-known specialty meals because I adore seafood. We began with the perfectly prepared chili crab, which had a tasty sauce with the ideal level of heat. The meat was succulent and the sauce was so good that I found myself dipping everything in it!
The Black Pepper Crab came next and was similarly outstanding. The spiciness of the black pepper sauce provided a refreshing contrast to the sweetness of the crab meat.
We also enjoyed the delicious and fresh steamed bamboo clams. The clams were perfectly cooked, and the garlic and scallion sauce complemented the clams' inherent sweetness.

We finished the dinner with a serving of fluffy and delectable Fried Mantou buns. They were ideal for soaking up the Chili Crab's leftover sauce.
Of course, there were more dishes we enjoyed, such as the fried rice and fried yam rings with scallop, but these were the top choices of the night!
